Jimah 1400MW Coal Fired Power Plant will supply electricity to TNB through the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for duration of 25 years. The 1st unit for commercial operation date already started 1st January 2009 and 2nd unit will be on 1st July 2009.

Ion-sensitive measuring system (ISE)

SEmax CAS40 is an ion-selective electrode system for the continuous measurement of ammonium and nitrate. The system consists of a sensor, electrodes and a transmitter (CAM40) with display and operating elements and is mounted on the basin rim. Up to two ion-selective sensors simultaneously measure the nitrate and ammonium in the activated sludge basin.

It can be applied in:

	Wastewater treatment
	Municipal waste water
